55r Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 55r platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the 55r website at https://55r.vin (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and 55r ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the 55r Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 55r Platform.

To register and use a 55r account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55r strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and conducts identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual will be merged or permanently closed, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or contractor of 55r or any company within the same corporate group, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access the full range of 55r services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password of your choice. Upon successful registration, 55r will send a verification SMS to the mobile number provided. Your account is not fully activated until this verification step is completed.

You agree that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete. 55r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided, or where eligibility requirements are no longer met. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Opening or operating more than one (1) player account on the 55r platform by any means, including using different mobile numbers or identity documents.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or anti-fraud system operated by 55r.

Deposits

55r accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 55r reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits are credited to your 55r wallet in real time. 55r does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Any fee charged by your payment service provider is outside 55r's control.

All deposit funds must be sourced from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 55r does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from a payment account in a third party's name will be reversed and the originating account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your 55r account must have completed identity verification (KYC) with a valid government-issued photo ID. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 2 hours for bank transfers, during normal operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no fee charged by 55r on standard withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit, to prevent fraud.

55r reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, and to delay or decline a withdrawal if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other improper activity. In such cases, 55r will notify the account holder by SMS to the registered mobile number.

From time to time, 55r may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, cricket betting specials, and other promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these T&C, the promotion's specific terms will prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a 55r account are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or markets as specified. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment.
• 55r reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived from it, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion between players.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. 55r reserves the right to correct erroneous credits at any time, including reversing winnings derived from an erroneously credited bonus.

All casino games offered on the 55r platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, BGaming, and PG Soft — and use Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that are independently certified and audited. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available for review within the game's information panel. 55r does not modify RTP rates.

For sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other competitions, odds are set by 55r's trading desk and reflect market conditions at the time they are published. Odds are subject to change prior to market closure. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that bet. 55r reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of an error in the published odds, including manifest errors where the odds displayed were clearly incorrect.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using bots, automated betting scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting market outcomes, including match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to guarantee a profit.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments to fund a 55r account, or using the Platform to facilitate any form of money laundering or financial fraud.

55r is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The Platform provides all registered players with access to the following tools, available at all times from within account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time-outs (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (up to 12 months or indefinitely). Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who wish to self-exclude permanently should contact the support team directly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 55r Platform without the prior written permission of 55r.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if 55r has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 55r's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55r account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55r does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance via SMS or on-Platform notice. 55r shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to connectivity that are outside our reasonable control.

55r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number and will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 55r operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact the 55r support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 55r will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause prevents 55r from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
